Damn I really like what you're trying to do with this. I would suggest some stronger drums tho, and also lower those crackles down a bit. Other than that, this is rather solid, especially the beginning.

Oh boy don't tell me you were high when you were making this, because this is one of the songs I wouldn't expect anybody to sample. The way you used the sample was pretty great. But I feel as if the drums were too weak, and I think you need to give this song a proper ending. [like ending it with silence or something, not just end it while the song plays] I would also suggest adding other melodic sounds along with the sample, because the song feels empty. Overall, this is a pretty decent song.
